Leica Minilux in black lizard

The Leica Minilux and CM are fitted with a standard Leica leatherette. The Minilux Zoom has no factory cover, but will accept the standard kit for the Minilux. They're about the easiest cameras to fit with custom leather. Just peel the old cover off, and stick the new one on. There's almost never any residue to clean off. You can also get a matched piece for the databack. Shown here: Black lizard skin.

This is Cocoa lizard, a special color we have in limited supply. The titanium finish goes well with a number of colors, and is very unsuited to others. I've chosen the materials that I think look the best. It's a limited palette . . . for instance, green leather would not flatter the camera--or it's owner.

Mahogany Kid skin on the Leica CM. This particular leather really goes well with the titanium finish. The CM in real leather is a very luxurious package, due in part to the almost complete wrap-around of the front leather.

Recovering your Leica Minilux or CM is easier than making a sandwich. (A really good sandwich.)

The databack piece can be cut in matching leather. Like the front section, it's very easy to remove the original and install the new piece.

Like all our camera covering kits, no cutting of any kind is needed. Every piece in your kit is pre-cut to fit each section with great precision. And every piece has a very strong adhesive layer on the back. You should never use any additional glue!
